They were quick and did the job. I never received a paid invoice though so I couldn't submit it to FEMA. Called 3-4 times, always nice, but still no receipt.

I felt very rushed and did not get sufficient explanation by owner. There was no actual mold test - he checked for moisture and did the "sniff test". He said he could do the job then and there - I don't know why I agreed. I felt ripped off and scammed and paid a fortune. Still don't know if anything was even accomplished. Getting another opinion. not pleased.

We didnt have to mold test she had 2 feet of water in her basement from the new jersey floods. we set up 10 pieces of drying equipment for 5 days sprayed and fogged the whole basement to kill any mold growth, pulled up some flooring. the basement was dried to dry standard and the mold was killed. We charged her 2250.00 which is half of the insurance rate. thats what happens when you help someone who doesnt have insurance they still complain. peter
