They cleaned up every mess they made and didn't break anything. The only reasons they didn't get 5 stars are that their bid wasn't quite detailed enough on what type of furnace I was getting and I had to call and ask in order to compare bids. Also, and I'm not sure this is their fault, they seemed to say that getting the gas line up to the attic would be no big deal. But, when a plumber looked at it, he said it would cost an extra $3,000 to run the gas line because mine was old and not up to code. If I'd known, I'd have just gotten electric. City: Lajitas Project: Heat Pump - Repair or Service The service call was fine.  Juston did a good job and was informative.  The charge in my opiniion was excessive.  Total $670 for about 2 hours of work.  $180 for the 200… Read Complete Rating The service call was fine.  Juston did a good job and was informative.  The charge in my opiniion was excessive.  Total $670 for about 2 hours of work.  $180 for the 200 mile round trip.  $364 for replacing 2 switches that took about 1 hour and cost about $60.  I could have replaced them myself if I had found them on the internet.  $126 dollars for about 4 pounds of R22 freon.  If not for the excessive charge, I would highly recommend 7M Fabrication.
