Mike was really great! I was kinda a hard customer and they were super accomadating to my schedule.

This guy flooded my condo by leaving the faucet turned on full blast and wouldn't own up to the responsibility. I tried compromising with him but it was a frustrating experience which lasted 2 weeks. Luckily his insurance company was great to work with, and they paid for the repairs to my flooring in full. This is a condo I own & rent out, in a large building so the HOA turned the main water off while the work was being done. After plumber finished and left, I also left, and the water was turned back on about an hour later. The HOA then called me to tell me he could hear water gushing from my apt! Use this plumber at your own discretion.

Thats what will happen when we tell you your drains are plugged and you tell me you'll clean it yourself and you neglect to clear your drain! I left the property in sound condition and I am not positive i did damage I'M happy to make it right. However, I think someone eles did damage and Im getting thown under the bus. I cant prove it because I was not allowed over there to see for myself till carpets where torn and tile removed. Yes, i have awesome insurance and rates will not increase, but thats not the point.

Mike came on a weekend and was quick to get back to me when my "little problem" became a bigger, more immediate problem. Came right on time, did the work fast and left a rather clean work area. While the price was higher than most I was quoted, the professionalism and promptness made it worth it.

I have nothing but good things to say about 5 Star Plumbing. They replaced all of the galvanized plumbing in our house with PEX, and they were fast, efficient, and made very little mess. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. In addition, I felt comfortable with all of the men that helped with the pipe replacement even though I’m a female who was home alone. I highly recommend 5 Star Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I was quoted a price over the phone, but when they showed up - the price had changed. I feel they did a good job, they were punctual, and nice - but if you are going to quote a price to intall something, don't show up the next day and say that the price went up. I feel like I was told one price so that they would get the job, then they upped the price when they knew that I did not want to wait and get more quotes or only get part of the job done :(

Changing 9 stops for a cost of $125 for parts and labor still beats any quote. I was told we only had two bathrooms that needed stops. Once we arrived it was the whole house needed stops and a water shutdown on a large complex. We made a buck on this job.

Mike was great... We are having him back to do other plumbing projects for us. It's so great to find an honest and capable plumber who does not charge outrageous fees.

Loved working with Mike! He was informative and did quick, yet quality work!

He was courteous, prompt, solved the problem quickly, and was very thorough. As available on a Sunday and reasonably priced.
