The quality was great and initial service great as well. We did have a torential downpour immediately after the job was done and Brian agreed to come back and re-seed an area but never came back as promised.

Harry and his team were terrific, and I would highly recommended them. Harry was there everyday and making sure that the project was a success, and always communicating with me, the customer. It is a great feeling and secure that Harry was there everyday, and was very flexible with our request. New Beginning can use my patio as a show site, because I am so proud of the work that Harry and his team did. Thank you for all your hard work, New Beginning.

We were so very pleased with service. Harry actually 'talked' to us and followed up. Due to circumstances, we couldd not be on site, but EVERYTHING we wanted was done, w no over runs. And timely. Sod is guaranteed fpr 1 yr. Will ask them back next spring for > work. We only have a small area, but it is maximum results. Maryellen& Phil P.

Project: Install a Retaining Wall
Harry and Company did a great job building a wall and planting new trees in our backyard. I would highly recommend them in the future. The only reason Customer Service got a 4-star was because they said they'd be here at 8:30, and didn't get here until around 11, but they finished in one day, and all looks great!

The reason we were late was because we had to wait for the sod to arrive at the nursery from the sod farm. We only use freshly cut sod and can't control the delivery times.
