paul is rebuilding the entire front of our victorian shore house as when he checked out a front door that wouldn't close and a "minor" leak, we discovered rotten and non existing beams on all 3 floors. He immediately worked out a plan for us with options and material choices and an excellerated schedule that allowed us to be finished in time for the summer renters.
His work is sound and esthetically beautiful. He is timely, collaborative and clean. Most importantly, a contractor with great integrity.

A phone response was prompt. An appointment to evaluatie the projects was scheduled for the next day. A date was scheduled for him to return to do the repairs. He continually updated us on his arrival time. The two workers who appeared were clean, professional and efficient. They dealt with an unexpected problem with creativity.

Project: Hire a Handyman
Paul was first to call me back and was professional and informative. My concern was that he was calling outside of my home area. He informed me of his other work location, near my home in Toms River and one of his staff - Jack, came to the home and made all the necessary repairs. They were clean, on-time and did great work. A few weeks later, they were going through their trash and found a picture from my home (it was being cleaned out to sell). They called me to let me know they found this picture and sent it back. This was well after I had paid for their services. I would strongly recommend Paul Ziliotto!

Paul was the absolute Best and most professional contractor I have ever worked with
Fast Releable Affordable and a very nice guy to boot
what more could you ask for
Would def use him again and would happily recomend him to anyone needing work done
The job was done in a very timely fashion and when the workers left the area was SPOTLESS
trust me that is not allways the case
all & all i would say im 100 Per Cent Satisfied

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Paul and his team did a great job on our bathroom. This was my first renovation project and I had heard all sorts of negative things about contractors in general. It was therefore quite a revelation to find that none of the bad press applied to Paul. He was definitely not the cheapest option we had, but we felt confident he would do it right and that confidence has been justified. Paul did forget one of our instructions, but immediately offered to correct the mistake at no charge or give us a discount if no changes were made. We opted for the latter, since the quality of the job more than made up for difference. Overall, extremely happy.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Project is not done yet, so I don't know how well the budget is holding up! In every other aspect I am thrilled! Very thorough, on time, and great guys! I am a little afraid to see the total bill, but that's because I went with high end products. You can't skimp with quality, but putting that with the man-hours it might be scary. I'd like to rate it again in 2 weeks when they will hopefully be done. Paul is amazing though and I'd highly recommend him!

Paul did an excellent job. The project was completed on budget and exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated his flexibility in mode of communication, as much my input came via phone.
