3rd Generation did a very complex install for me and they did an oustanding job. New hi-eff furnace, A/C, tankless water heater and 3 zone flexible ducts using dampeners. They turned my 1 zone home into a 3 zone home and I am saving 25%+ in energy with the new equipment and zoning. It all works as advertised, including the tankless hot water heater. The team is highly skilled and the quality of the work was outstanding.

They were more interested in selling me a service contract than fixing my heat.. There service was good. But they showed uo without parts and the price they wanted to charge was way too much. They wanted to charge over 600.00. I was abte to buy the part and fix the heat for 87.00. The only tools I needed was a screw driver and an adj. wrench. It took me about 1/2 an hour to change the part. I would never use this company again.. Joe D.

We try to do the best job always and work very hard for our customers new and old. Our techs show up on time go over entire home comfort system(s)locate problem(reason why we were called) and present homeowner with straight foward pricing with discounts for club membership. We do not charge hourly which isnt fair for homeowners and we stand behind our work with great gaurantees. I regret that fact you didnt receive outstanding results and thank you for helping us improve our company.

I needed someone and they called and came right away. It was 11 degrees outside and I was not fooling around on a Saturday. I was up all night friday manually reseting the furnace to get heat. I was exhusted. At around 5am I found service magic on the web. They had this company call me. They were busy but came and got the furnace working anyway - right away. It was a temporary fix until the part I needed came in. They came back on tuesday and put the new part in. The tech was the same one both times. A real good guy and a real good tech. I cant remember his name at the moment but I would look up the old ticket and request him again.

I replaced my oil furnace with natural gas, it was a big job. They were very professional neat, clean, polite and they accommodated all of my requests. Of all of the contractors that I received bids from, 3rd Generation is the only one that followed up multiple times, on top of it all, I got a fair price. Good guys, great service I would highly recommend them.

tom's knowledge , personality and presentation were all excellent. he instilled confidence that he and his company would work for my benefit and stand behind their promises. installation went very smoothly.
