Rich was very personable & professional. He understood exactly what we were looking for & got the job done, even replacing a sprinkler supply cable that was buried. He under-bid 3 other contractors, but still did a first-rate job. I'd recommend 3rd Gen construction to anyone!

High quality work for nearly half the price of competitors. I believe the competitors could have done a slightly more "elaborate" finish to my patio. However, considering the price difference I'm very happy!

Rich cam right out and gave me an onspot quote. He projected starting the project in 3 weeks but was able to arrive earlier. The team, led by Tim, was a very customer friendly and professional group. I would definetly use them again and highly recommend them.

I hired Richard to install a 30' by 13' concrete pad in my backyard. I was very impressed with everything he did for me. He got the project completed in a timely manner and the quality of his work was amazing. He has helped my experience being a first time homeowner a great one!

Once the weather cooperated, they completed the framing, pouring and stamping in one day. No additional/hidden charges. An overall excellent job.

They stuck to the estimate even when they had to do more than they originally had anticipated. The only downside is they must be swamped with work, as it took them awhile to get around to us.
