3D was slow to respond to requests, repeatedly tried to sell me a much bigger job than I was looking for, in the end they did exactly what I was asking for, which was to install a French drain and rework the existing paver walkway. Price was high in my opinion.

In response To Ms. T's review, we provided different pricing options based on her request. She asked for a price on a small water feature as well as a price for re-grading the back yard. With these pricing options was a base price for installing a french drain, which was the option she chose.In response to the price being high, she signed a contract which stated the price. As a consumer, please discuss any questions about price during the initial phase of the project and especially before signing a contract.

We have not received an invoice yet, but were very pleased with the work and in the time it took to get it done. Would definitely use them again.
