The day of the inspection, they were a no show; they had written down the wrong date. This caused a number of problems due to coordinating with realtors and pending closing date. The inspection report wasn't sent within 48 hours and stated; when it was sent, it was sent to the wrong email address causing further delay. The report was detailed and thorough. The inspector took time to explain what he was doing and what he found. Also, he was available to answer questions I had about the report. He even provided me with web sites to research types of plumbing. The work was excellect but the office staff needs improvement.

David did an extremely thorough inspection of the property. He is very knowledgeable of all aspects (as he should be), and we were relieved to see that we had selected the right company for the job. we recommend 3D without any reservation.

I recieved a call from David within seconds of submitting my request. I emailed him on a sunday to schedule my appointment for monday after deciding to have him perform my inspection. What sold me on his services was the sample inspection report that he sent me. I compared it to other reports from a couple of inspectors who actually had sample reports. When I asked others for a sample report they acted as if I was asking them for their s.s.#, not David. He has one ready on his website. He left no stone unturned in the report, took numerous pictures of everything and had the report ready within hours. Would definetly use again.
