Quality Siding and windows with professional and responsible installation is standard practice for 3Bidz. The element that sets 3Bidz apart from their competitors is their attention to the customers’ needs which allows them to be a solution provider and not just a contractor.

Everything was so easy and Rusty was very attentive. My windows look great!

Would not recommend to anyone. A terrible, exhausting and frustrating experience. Hired subcontractors that failed to install properly, wouldn't stand behind expectations.

This customer was unhappy with the installation, but would not allow us to come back and correct the problem. We feel we exhausted every possible avenue to try to make this customer happy.

We are very unhappy with the installation of our windows. We had them come back out one time after the installation and a poor of fixing the problem was done. The sales person couldn't or wouldn't meet with us. He came to the house when we were not home and gave a poor excuse for the poor installation and had the installer come back to fix some of the problems. After the mess he made fixing the 2 windows we decided that we did not want them out again.

We are very disappointed to hear Richard is not satisfied with the job we did. The original installation did have a couple of problems. Rusty, the owner of 3 Bidz, tried at least 5 times to meet with the owners, but due to their extensive work schedules a time to meet was not possible. Rusty drove 3 hours to examine the home and contacted the installer to make repairs. The biggest issue for the homeowner seems to have been the installer covering the trim with maintenance free coil wrap. The installer took it upon himself to add this extra protection without consulting either the homeowner or Rusty. This installer is no longer in the industry.

Prior to install Rusty answered my extensive questions to my satisfaction.. Install was completed in a quick and professional manner. (14 windows in one afternoon and next morning) I am so pleased I am having 3 Bidz replace eight basement windows as well.

They did a great job. He had great prices and did a fantastic job. We have stucco and they didn't do any damage to it whatsoever. I was highly impressed and would recommend him.
