I liked the work the contract did, but was not completed in one day, he had to come back and seal the seams around the area he paved. His work was good, and would recomend him to other people.

They were on time, had enough men to do the job, however, the lot is not graded as well as we would like. There are some small areas where rain settles. We would use them again, knowing to be aware of that issue.

3.O.M. did brick pointing and other cement work around the base of our house. The work was performed exactly as described in the estimate and fit out budget. When I noticed something else that needed pointing after the job was done, 3.O.M. came back and took care of it., at no extra charge. They even did a little cement work on the sidewalk in front of our house to make it safer for pedestrians walking by. This was not even part of the original job.

Gentleman came for on-site inspection at the time arranged; job was done proficiently and with dispatch; there were no hidden items and the cost was actually less than originally quoted. Job site was left in broom clean condition. So satisfied that I have requested a quote on another project.
