Admitting that the weather did not cooperate for the first few days work was scheduled, when 3.O.M thought they were finished and were requesting final payment there were some siginificant areas where they had either not done the work that was contracted or done it very haphazardly; in following up with them to get this resolved, their responsiveness was poor - required multilple calls on our part.  Finally, all the repair work was done as contracted but the "color matching" of the repaired areas to the original was average at best and ultimately we will have to have additional painting done (by others) to end up with a satisfactory result.

At first there was a miscommunication, he cam with a truck load of "crushed cement" - which is really dirt -- I asked for gravel -- but he returned in a few days with the gravel, and of course, a higher price.  But all in all I was pretty much satisfied.
