Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
James Vance went above anything I could have expected. I live in Seattle, Wa. and not only did he arrive at my home in Fairfield as promised but he looked into the complete issue and contacted me once he knew the exact issue. This is the kind of professional service this country is absent of and it's great to know some companies still take pride and professionalism seriously.

James went above and beyond to ensure that my furnaces were working properly. I appreciate the work that he did greatly. I will use his expertise again in the future as needed, and will refer to others.

The service man came out in a timely fashion. He fixed what was wrong and did not charge us an arm and a leg. It took him no time to get to what was wrong. I would definately recommend him to any of my friends or family.

The contractor was extremely informative and thorough when he tackled my air condition problem. He recommended helpful tips to help me save money. He gave awesome customer service. He seemed to genuinely care about me as a customer. I would highly recommend him to family, friends and anybody who needs a heating/cooling servicer.

James is the guy everyone wishes was their HVAC friend. We all know people who know, but James goes the extra mile to make sure you know. He won't push unnecessary work, but will let you know if there is something that could give you problems in the future. I've used James 3 times over the past year, and each time, we have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I now have a friend who is in the HVAC business. I've recommended 2VAC to several people. Before you have work done, get your estimates/diagnostics, and then call 2VAC for a second opinion. You will be pleasantly surprised, just as we were.

Our experience with James Vance at 2vac, LLC was exceptional. He came on a Sunday morning after our unit went down Saturday night and we were up and running again by early afternoon. He was very thorough, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We were very pleased with our experience and will certainly be using his services again.
