They were very quick to respond to my issue. The guy came right out and took care of the problem. He was very friendly and cost effective. I wouldn't hesitate to call the again if I have any other problems with pest control!

Project: Control or Eliminate Rodents
He was able to come same day and did a thorough check of our house. Only negative is that I emailed him about Two days later with a question and didn't hear back. He is supposedly coming back 2 weeks after his first visit so we will see. It's been over a week since he came and unfortunately we still gave a mouse. Hopefully the poison he put works because the traps aren't.

Project: Control or Relocate Birds or Bats
He arrived quickly, spent time reviewing the problem, Identified where the bats are and gave us a plan of attack. He'll come back to seal the upstairs areas and then, in October, after babies are born, he'll seal the outside roof areas. He was courteous, knowledgeable and even said he would put up our bat houses for us. Definitely, a 5 star rating.

I am pleased with 2nd Nature Pest Control. John was punctual and very informative. He provded quality service at a reasonable price. He outlined all areas of the problem and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I felt comfortable having him in my home and he was nice to my toddler who was inquisitive about his line of work. I would recommend him in a minute to someone else. It is hard to find such dedicated people in the contractor profession these days. He was honest and only charged me for real problems and did not inflate the bill simply because I am a female!
