2 Guys and a Goat Lawn Service were nice to deal with from the first call through the finish. Our problem was explained in detail and Bernie was certified to work on our backflow. The price was in line and we would recommend 2 Guys and a Goat Lawn Service to anyone needng any of the services they offer.

Service tech communicated extremely well with me; called to ask if he could come early; reported by phone to me what he had found and what maintenance he had done, as well as the total cost. I would definitely use them again.

front office associate and technician were very informative and answered questions completely. Tech was very personable and friendly. Work was performed timely and even though it involved digginig in water logged muddy area the work area was left very normal looking. Great JOB!!!

I highly appreciated the professionalism. I walked and took notes ... explination of how and what was being done was given. I was re-educated on setting up my Rain Bird timer. Technician was patient and friendly and knew what he was doing! I was taught how to run the back flow valves and how to drain it if needed. We walked through the zones and tested the pattern flow.

The first person you come in contact with is Brandy to schedule an appointment.... GREAT phone etiquette, very knowledgeable about sprinkler systems, and possible problems. She was in constant email/phone communication from start to finish. The goat was busy, so the two guys showed up with a 30 min call ahead, on schedule. They checked every part of the sprinkler system and corrected every sprinkler head that was either defective or in the wrong direction for proper water spray. They were never in a hurry or unable to work out any of the problems I was having. Very professional/honest, I felt the prices were very fair, HIGHLY RECOMMEND !
