Here at 2 Clean Maids our legendary service starts with a fundamental understanding of how your home lives, breathes, embraces your lifestyle, and yes, gathers dirt and debris! First and foremost we specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and high traffic areas that need that extra shine. The rest of your service is up to you: pick the living areas on which you want us to focus first and we'll work through all areas of your home according to your priority. Remember, you're the boss! Whether you're a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly client we'll work with you to ensure that your "trouble spots" are clean. (First-time cleanings may require more time. I have tried other cleaning companies before. However, I have to say that this company is amazing. When I came home from work I could not believe how clean and organized my home was. The smell of the my home was to die for. Their attention to detail was outstanding all the way down to having stickers on my toilet paper. All of their work made me felt like I was in a four star hotel. Thier pricing was very affordable and in ecomomy like this who could ask for more. I have told my friends and family about this company and I would highly recommend you use them for your cleaning needs.

First of all, despite a confirming e-mail, they did not show up on December 22 as scheduled. I had them coming between the moving van on Monday and Stanley Steemer on Wednesday...Because of their not showing up until December 23 I had mass chaos and they did not do everything they were supposed to do. This was a deep clean because I was moving to Florida. They did not vaccuum the registers, or the drapes because they forgot the attachment. They did not clean the downstairs refrigerator. I have called Chesapeake Cleaning to finish the job.

With every story there is the other side. We only agreed to do a move out clean, not a deep clean. We send out with every proposal a description of our services. In this case I sent out a move out clean and a deep clean description of service. Due to the cost, she elected to do a move out clean. If a deep clean was chosen the cleaning would include the refrigerator and vacuuming the registers and drapes. I did send her the date for the December 22; however she did not respond back to confirm the date. She called the day of and asked if we were coming. I explained to her, that she did not confirm the date and we could come out.

The ladies did not complete the task as I had discussed with the Marketing Specialist. They only did surface cleaning, did not clean window sills, did not damp mop bathroom floor, did a excellent job cleaning shower stall, did not clean or dust bedrooms. They did a great job dusting in my living room and dining room and central hall way. They did not clean outside of fridge, or stove. I had been promised they wood clean sliding glass window, that did not happen. I need to set-up a date that they can come back and finish the job. I am out of town until Dec. 6, 2009. At this point I can not recommend them to others.

The cleaning service was WONDERFUL! I can't say enough about how good the ladies were who cleaned my home. The problem was with the office itself, I couldn't get confirmations of upcoming services or quotes on services. No one responded to my email or showed up for my latest request. Quite frankly, this surprised me because when I initially placed the request on ServiceMagic, I recieved a call from the service within minutes. I would like to see this area improve so that I can continue to use the service.

This Client is very correct with her comments. We are getting so many new clients due to our outstanding cleaning services that we have not provide our normal level of customer service to our new clients. To solve this problem we have recently purchased customer service software called "CEO software." The software helps us control the entire job cycle from estimating, scheduling, dispatching, work orders and follow ups. We are currently getting training now to full implement the new software.
