Project: Camera Locate Breakage for a Plumbing System
I wish all service companies were like 1st! I was told I had a major (and very expensive - over $2k) problem by another plumbing company but decided to go to ServiceMagic before getting the work done. Everyone I talked to at 1st was extremely knowledgeable and very honest. Not only did they show up the next day at the exact time they said they would, they did an exceptional job of telling me exactly what they were doing and why. Not once did the try to sell me something I didn't need. I would recommend 1st to anyone. Not only did they save me over $2k but I know they fixed the problem exactly the way it should be fixed.

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Very friendly, professional, and timely (same day service w/in 2 hours of my initial call). They charge by the hour and were very reasonable. I had two different guys come out to take a look - the second guy was needed after the first guy assessed the problem and figured out that it was a different issue than I had originally thought ( it was a leaking pipe vs. a clogged pipe). They did not charge for the first visit and the second guy showed up in 30 mins. Overall, the price to diagnose and fix the problem was lower than another estimate to just diagnose the issue. Very Highly Recommended!
