Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
Very professional, freindly, knowlegable. No high pressure to go bigger, or more expensive. He viewed my various quotes, and explained the differences of the various HVAC systems, and what unit he thought would meet my needs. The installers were very professional, and had my new unit installed in just a few hours.

Project: Install a Central Air Conditioning System
The service and price were very good. The work was done quickly. We did have two issues. The installers removed my programable thermostate and replaced it with a non-programable thermostate. It took a few days to get my original thermostate re-installed. The second issue was that the reused the old hood (which was in good shape) but, they did not cut it accurately. The hood has a large gap against the house which they did fill with caulk. the top of the hood is dented near the unit side and does not allow the water to drain. Plus additional gaps at the bottom. The installer said if it caused me problem in the future they would replace

James was a great guy to work with. He was the best priced guy for new installs on two heat pumps. Trane. We have had them for just a couple of weeks but so far we are pleased with our purchase.

A very bad experience!!!!! I was without heat for over 2 months. He finally subcontracted the job to a GREAT company who did the work.

Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
1st Services replaced my package Heat Pump with excellent service. They did a great job with the installation-very clean and professional. When I first contacted James, he made sure it was not an emergency and was able to send someone right out if needed. There was a small problem with the unit after the initial install, but they did a great job making sure everything was in working order as soon as possible. I got multiple estimates for the job and 1st Services was by far the best.

Chuck & Rob worked very good together, each were doing different jobs on my HVAC system. They were very nice to deal with. The unit was installed in less than 2 days with new duck ,electrical ,copper pipe and drain lines. They under cut the big companies by 50% or more. The owner of the company, James, came out the first day and got the crew started and then came again once it was finished. Unit was a Heil heat pump with electric heat strips . A+ job. Thanks Ed.

Project: Install or Replace Ductwork
found this company through servicemagic.com; Mr Gregory was great by phone; came and did estimate as planned; I was very satisfied with the workers and with the duct work and new thermostat and heat pump. Now, we just have to educate ourselves on the proper use of the new thermostat!
