Dave was great! He responded to my ServiceMagic request within the hour, quoted me, and honored the price without question, and even through in an extra rug. His prices were SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than other places I had called for area rug cleaning). Dave was right on time with the appointment, professional, and someone I wouldn't feel uncomfortable leaving alone in my house. I would absolutely call him again and recommend him to family and friends.

I used my bissel steam cleaner in the track areas that still looked dirty after he had shampooded it and three different fillingd of hot water revealed three very dirty water residual in the tank. I was very disappointed that his cleaning had not done a good job.

Please give us a call. We have a 100% guarantee. Dave would like to come back and take a look. Being on the 10th floor he has to use a portable unit, but he will gladly come back and make it right.
