1 hour for 3K is ridiculous and there was not much to be removed.

Our rates are internationally recognized by insurance companies. This 3 ft high crawl space sewage clean up was billed to her insurance company total $2,548.05 We take all proper precautions to protect our customer’s health as well as our technicians while proper clean up and sanitization of a sewage clean up is taking place.

The were great guys working hard on little sleep. Hope I never have the need to use them again though. Would have been 5 stars but we purchased a special pad for the basement that is supposed to be water proof mold proof and a few days days after they finished we had more water coming up through the seams in the pad . which means water had been trapped under the pad. We had to pull up the carpet and pad up anyway. Not sure why their moisture meter did not detect this. But the drywall and framing was all saved so we are happy.
