Very good service. Drying time is much faster than my previous experience with other carpet cleaning companies. I got 100% of my security deposit back on move out, so I'm extremely happy with their work.

While they were the highest quote provided of the 3 companies, I felt like they had the best and safest product for newborns (I am 9 months pregnant). After the initial cleaning we weren't totally satisfied. Rob, francise owner, came out immediately and redid any problem areas, no questions asked. The customer service we received was outstanding. By the time he was done we were thrilled with the results. We feel confident having our newborn play on these carpets now that they are clean.

Very professional. Moved requested furniture out of room before cleaning and even got the nasty red juice stains out! Only problem I had was one of the workers took the liberty of using the bathroom toilet without asking me. This toilet has some funtionality issues and I wished she had asked first before using.

Service was fast and complete. Did a very good job getting the spots off the carpet, including one very bad spot. The dry cleaning process is very nice - carpet was completely dry when the job was finished. They also cleaned two Turkish area rugs - brought the vibrant colors right out like they were new. Great Job!!

Robert always responded quickly to my calls. He arrived on time and finished within the time frame estimated. The price was great. And the carpets looked as clean as possible (they are 5+ years old). I would definitely use this service again.
