I hired Mauro because his price was right and his ratings were good. I hired him to power wash the house and paint the two sides with the most sun damage. I also needed some minor carpentry done (fascia behind gutter and clapboards on upper front). The paint job is excellent. His pricing for the materials was excellent. He managed to take off the old gutter and replace without any damage (40' length - impressive). He left the site very clean and he and his workers were courteous. My only complaint is that the lower clapboards are not evenly spaced. We talked about this and he made some adjustments, but it's just not there.

Inexperience crew on my project but Mauro was willing to do whatever was necessary to get the project completed as promised. Painting was fine and I would use again for that. The other aspects of the job needed a little more supervision.

This was a do-it-yourself project that I was unable to finish. I was given a very reasonable quote and the job was completed as promised. Mr. Silva even went beyond my expectations.
