Scott is top notch with his customer service and dedication. He had to come back several times due to our ant investation. I really did not want to hire a pest control company for something I felt I could do myself. Scott however has made me feel I certainly received a good value for my investment. Two thumbs up and five stars for Scott and Sniper!

Within five minutes of sending the request via ServiceMagic, Shane (one of the partners of the business) called me. I placed my request around 7:30am too! :) Shane was very professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. He also provided me with particular pointers & questions to ask other service providers should I be shopping around for a quote. He told me exactly what the cost would be & the procedures, etc. He showed up exactly at the time scheduled, was professional in appearance & even wore the boot cover slippers in the house, although I told him it was ok not to. :) Follow-up visit happened within a few days of treatment to ensure progress
