Comment: we need to soften the water after water test is performed. house is old and we want to put in on demand hot water, however out 300 dollar coffee maker was destroyed after 2 years. We cleaned it every 3-4 months. Sounded like there was a bunch of gravel in the back. So we dont want to ruin that system
