| Comment: Condominiums built in 1998, I believe wallpaper was placed directly on the drywall. When we removed wallpaper in a bathroom, drywall started to come off with it. In the kitchen, we painted over the wallpaper (stupid, I know!). Getting the condo ready to put on market, need to remove paint/wallpaper and paint walls. |

| Comment: Part of a downstairs hallway and part of an upstairs hallway, tall ceilings , 2 coats of wallpaper,upstairs has been painted over. The first coat of paper is 100 years old and the 2nd coat was put on in 1970. We've removed some of it already. I need a quote to finish the work. |
