| Comment: We are finishing our basement and the basement is one large open room with the exception of a 14'x7' office. There are also two small closets we want tile installed in. We bought 1000 sq. ft. of tile, and I think we are going to be very close to that. The finished area of the basement is approximately 1200-1300 sq. ft. but there is about a 300 sq. ft. area that we will have carpeted and the rest will be tile. The tile should be coming in this week of next at the latest. The tiles are 12"x12" tiles, and we would like and 1/8" space in between the tiles, but are flexible with this. We are looking to have a quote prepared for us if we provide all of the materials and 1) have you cut and lay the tiles, but we grout the tiles and 2) have you cut and lay and grout the tile. We would like this done ASAP, so if we get the tile by the end of next week, we would ideally like the work to be done by October 22nd. |
