Floor covering at present is not fixed to concrete (even _I_ could remove it with nothing more than a wedge). I'd like to get some high quality tile, installed expertly. I'm not looking for "good enough," I'm looking for "excellent!" At present, all that I need is a ballpark estimate. THIS IS A ROUGH ESTIMATE, AND TOTALLY INFORMAL. IN NO WAY SHOULD IT BE CONSIDERED A CONTRACT ON YOUR PART. (What I'm saying is, if the number you give me is different than what you may finally submit as an estimate, it's OK.
