Comment: I am planning on redoing my bathroom this summer. Floors to be replaced, currnetly tile. Keep toliet and sink. I would like to a a fan added into the bathroom for venting. The tub will be the major project. The tub itself is less than 4 years old. The plumbing has leaked in the past, we have had the local plumbers out to fix a leaky pipe or two. It is currenlty leaking againg. Onlt this time it is coming through on the floor, but not through the ceiling. I believe that it is leaking onto the cemet backing board for the flooring.
