| Comment: We have a wooden door with an oval-shaped (long diameter = ~51 in., short diameter = ~16 inches) stained glass design as out kitchen entrance. Several panes were cracked recently, with only one of the panes actually having a small piece of glass break and fall out. I don't know what our options are, but ideally I would like to repair the door by repairing or (if need be) replacing individual panes- I'd like the original materials salvaged and new/replacement materials to be minimized. With all that being said- price will probably ultimately decide what route we take to did the door. |

| Comment: Front entry door panel had force applied that broke a few of the solder joints and is now slightly bowed ourward. One of the sections (clear antique glass-1x3")is broken and needs either a resine repair or replacement. I prefer an onsite repair but will remove and deliver if necessry but if so, will need very quick turn around due to cold weather. I can not see how to easily remove the complete panel without severely damaging the finish on the door. The door is a 1999 vintage.

Please provide a quotation for repair and a timeframe in which you can get it done. |

| Comment: Front entry doors have beveled leaded glass design. one of the doors appears to be loosing silicon seal which is breaking loose and dropping down into bottom of the window. glass is also becoming very hazy. |
