Comment: This is the chapel of a convent built by Mother Katherine Drexel (now a canonized saint) back around 1912. Although it doesn't have a historical designation, it is historic. There are 6 small stained glass windows in the chapel in which the glass pieces are cracked or missing; the lead is old and brittle and at least 1 window is buckling. The building is part of St. Peter Claver Parish which is responsible for the maintenance of the convent. We would like an estimate of the cost to repair/restore the windows so that a grant request may be submitted to a potential donor. The windows have colored glass pieces but do not have pictures.
