| Comment: I have purchased three low-E double pane glass skylights to replace currently installed curb mount fiberglass dome skylights. Roof is flat concrete tile with a standard pitch, single story. 2 skylights are large (34.5” x 73.5”) and one skylight is medium (26.25” x 50.5”). Job is to remove four nails on current skylights and remove, add weatherstripping, and screw down the new skylights. Only semi-challenging part is having enough labor to get the large skylights up to the roof and to not break concrete roof tiles when on the roof. This job should be able to be completed in under an hour. |
