| Comment: Actually I may need multiple contractors or a general contractor. Three story townhouse with deck built into third story loft. Deck is a flat, rubber roof. Master bedroom is below deck. Multiple leaks have appeared in Master Bedroom. Also, some degradation of wood and engineered material has taken place. Roofing contractor has examined roof and believes that roof itself is in good shape. The leaks are likely due to to seals involving Stucco exterior and leaks on rubber Roof. Also eventually want water urns to be located on deck (For watering Lawn using gravity). Want to reinforce structure if necessary. <br /> <br />Also, separately, have taken down sheetrock in garage to add extra insulation. Need to "button Up" sheetrock in garage. <br /> <br />Suggested Activities (Subject to change) <br /> <br />1. Take Up Rubber Roof and repair lumber underneath.
