| Comment: We invite you to bid on consistant metal siding repair work for a siding manufacturers warranty division. Your company must carry general liability, automobile, and workman’s compensation, no matter what your state may require. We will provide the necessary material for each job but try to avoid accessories whenever possible. Our warranty only covers the siding material itself, so J-channel, corners, etc, are only included when they are failing along with the siding or they will be inevitably damaged during the repair. We will make separate allowances for any dumpster or dumping fees, but you would need a copy of that invoice to get reimbursed. We also ask the contractors to provide a distributor that we can ship our material too. |
