| Comment: Short-term goals: <br />• The roof recently began leaking. <br />• We currently have aluminum siding and we are weighing the options of repair versus replacement. A couple of shutters have come off, some are disconnected and we have exposed wood in at least two spots. There are other related aspects to the siding: Removing the pergola and electrical work. <br />• Depending on whether or not we replace the siding, we have a couple of areas where the outside lighting is not working properly or we may like to add additional lighting. This would most likely be a convenient time to fix the electrical issues with the siding removed. <br />• We would like glass block windows in the basement. <br /> <br />Long-term goals (planning and budgeting): <br /> <br />• Possible addition to the back of the house. <br />• Adding onto the garage. <br />• Replacing and/or adding onto the existing driveway (only if we add onto the garage). |
