The trim that is exposed to the elements is badly weathered (paint peeling) and in some cases, badly damaged (warped & cracked). The trim was last painted (professionally) four years ago. | Comment: We are looking at a possible purchase of a house in the OWW2 (three rivers south) area just south of Sunriver. We will be in Bend this Saturday. I would love a really rough idea of how much it would be to replace the siding. The current siding is wood, and has lots of problems.
