We are now looking to add on a guest house in the backyard that is fully functional with a toilette, small sink, and standing shower in the bathroom area. The rest of the building will be the living room/bedroom with a small enough area for a hot plate, microwave and possible another small sink. We do want electricity and plumbing ran out to it and will do all of the required interior needs ourselves. Basically, we just need a guest house building structure with windows and we will complete the rest.
