| Comment: We have purchased a house that has added a Shed and Jacuzzi room, and a covered patio. Most of the work is done except some final touches. The decking around the Jacuzzi, the inside walls of the jacuzzi room need to be drywalled and painted. The outside of the room is prepped for stucco, as well as the patio posts, and the outside of the shed, they just need to be stuccoed. I would like to get some quoters on what it would cost to finish this area, and I need it asap. The home loan we got has agreed to give us 7 to days days to finish it after the close which will be around the end of May. So this is guaranteed work, that has to be done within a certain time frame. |
