| Comment: I have a half-size sun room, it is called bump out. Size: 10' L x x4' depth. All three sides are glasses. Slopped at top towards the deck. Above the sloped top is the gutter. I have a feeling the caulking is all and old are leaking causing the water to leak through which is visible by black markings on the finished varnished wood trim at the inside. It may due to something else, not quite sure about the location of leaks. Glasses are seemed to be doing OK. Glasses do not have condensation and are not foggy looks either.
