I have asked the builder to add a 10x12 concrete slab touching the house to be able to build a garden shed touching the house like if it was an extension of the house since no detached storage is authorized by the HOA. I would like to get this garden shed built as soon as the house is finished (end of September). I would like the garden shed to be 10x12 and 10 or more in high. I would like the shed to be close to the style of the house.
