| Comment: This is a garage roof top deck that currently has torch down for a floor. It is pretty rough and doesn't drain water correctly due to the poor construction. I need the floor to be removed and have plywood laid down correctly to ensure a smooth surface for the flooring that i plan to install. This area also has a wall around it and the homeowner would like it to be a railing instead. (the wall would need to be left in tact except the top 12-18" because of how the roof meets up with the wall on the outside of the wall. The end result is going to be a decorative coating over a waterproof coating. I would also need my subcontractor to tarp the area off completely to keep it dry until I can finish my part of the project. |
