Comment: The building is on a sloped lot near the water at Lake Norrell. Slab is probably not feasible. It needs to be attractive from the lake. Entry can be from up hill, side or below. A porch on the front is desirable for attractiveness. A double or wide door is desirable to load lumber etc from side or back. Windows are required. Will cool with window AC. Looking at a minimum of 200 sq. ft. I can do internal finishing, electrical, insulation. Need a contractor to do the major construction.
