Comment: I rent a house in Cary. The owner lives in Texas. I can not get a hold of him.

We noticed that we had lost pressure since this morning. We checked to make sure nothing was running (toilet, sink, etc) Then we checked the pump out front. The well housing had water flowing over the top and it pushed the lid up (like a waterfall). We turned off the power to the pump then turned off the power to the hot water heater. We then scooped out the water from the well encasement. The pump and wiring was totally submerged in water. I do not think it is a submersible pump? Anyway, the pump does not look to be cracked. The pipe does seem to be loose. I would like an estimate to get this fixed for my landlord. Thanks! My phone number is xxxxxxxxxxxx
