Comment: We just bought a house that has a well with no pump house, but a concrete slab where the pump house was, plus about a 5" diameter pipe coming up out of the slab, and black hoses, possibly enclosing electrical wiring. Comment: Water sometimes has sulfur smell. I heard that I should treat the well every year or two with chlorine or something. Well is about ten years old and has never been treated.
