| Comment: In the process of closing on land on ELK-MOUNTAIN-SCENIC-HWY-Asheville-NC-28804. I have already got quotes on the building of the house but i need to get a quote on the septic. Also this land is undeveloped at this time so I am also looking for someone to do that,as well as the foundation,and driveway. I am still In meridian ms at this time but will be starting this project on Dec 1st. <br /> building two homes. One is a one story house with 1 bathroom with shower only and a small kitchen. There will not be a wash and dryer at this property. <br /> <br />The second home will be a two story house near the first home. One the first level, there will be the kitchen, laundry room, an a small bathroom with walk in shower. The second level will have two and a half bathrooms. One bathroom with have a shower/tub combo and the master bath with have a free standing tub with 80 gallon limit (not sure how that is phrased) and a walk in shower. |
