The rubber-like flashing is pulling away from building which allows water to get in and settle into inner ceiling, causing plaster to give away inside. We had a company come out and estimate/spec the job and it was determined that we simply need to have the Rubber-like flashing re-attached to the wall and tar patch the particular area. The company never showed back up to do the job. |
