Comment: Roof problems are ice damming and because of that there has been leaking in three areas. I have sealed up each fall and the leaks seem to be stopped but want to see about solving problems so I do not have to do that. Currently asphalt but I am open to new options. I know membranes were not used on our new construction a5 years ago and Want to see that roof is done correctly. If your are not an expert on solving these type of problems don't bother contacting me.
