| Comment: The house is a 1 1/2 story cape cod. I'd like the kind of roofing that is insulated, because the upstairs portion is hot in the summer and cold in the winter. I's also like good ventilation. It will probably be a complex job. I want the roofing to extend beyond the house, the gutters to be an interesting color--dependent on the siding we decide to use--and snow-slide prevention prongs(?) installed as well. And I want my one-car garage roof to match. |
