| Comment: Roughly 32' X 50' of roof area with slight pitch originally had tar and gravel and currently has torchdown material. Also a 16' X 30' Flat carport roof also currently has torch down. Would like to tear off, re-sheath as needed and install TPO or other recomended material with new drip edge allaround. Home has a swamp cooler located at the top center of the roof. |
