| Comment: my house was recently re-roofed. I would like a post inspection because I am unsure that the contract was completed. I do have the name of the shingles to see if they are 30 yr. and I do not have one extra shingle to discover the brand. I do have the contract and would like to be assured that it was fulfilled. The contractor came back once because the skylight leaked. I was there when the roofing was done and all of the workers spoke only spanish except one and I really couln't communicate with him. I never saw the contractor. I checked and he was with BBB which I discovered means nothing. They charge the contractor $300.00 and put him on the list. I will pay a reasonable amount for a review of the roof. If there are repairs, you may make an estimate. |
