| Comment: The problem is on the carport. Water is leaking into the carport. Part of the carport ceiling is warped by the water damage. The seller put a new roof on the house and carport about 4 yrs ago as part of our agreement to buy the house (since the roof was so old). When the carport leaked shortly thereafter, the roofing company came back, checked it, told us they "fixed" it, but when it still kept leaking, they said their work was good and there was nothing else they could/would do. We need to get this fixed but first we need to know what and where the problem is and how much it is going to cost. Thank you! <br />The carport has leaked ever since and is getting worse. |
