Comment: Ranch home pm Bartlett Pond Rd. near the Norlands in Livermore Maine. 1975 roof on a home w/daylight basement. I've used chlorine to beach the roof a few times to get rid of the black mildew (I assume) from the humid environment. My soffits need to be relaced as well as the fascia boards. I painted my home 10 years ago and the paint is starting to peel, I think from mildew.
